Welcome to Camptastic, a four day and three night camping adventure held at Camp Tahigwa in Northeast Iowa. This event is sponsored by a local service unit, and will take place July 21st-24th in 2013. Girls entering grades 1-12 are encouraged to participate.
CAMPTASTIC UPDATE: New in 2013, we can now accept cookie credit, camp credit and Juliette Bucks from GSEIWI! In addition, now through April 15th, save $10 by using discount code SAVECT.
Camptastic is a Service Unit Sponsored event, open to current Girl Scouts and girls wishing to register for Girl Scouts in order to attend. It is an opportunity for girls who would like to experience a camping overnight event at Tahigwa. Girl Scout values will be present throughout the week and non scouts are welcome to join us by registering for Girl Scouts.
Participants can expect a week of camp filled with activities like tubing, campfires, and hiking. They can also expect a modern twist—making camp relevant to them, whatever that means to them.
